Wellbeing

At Impington Village College, we have created a positive environment where all can feel safe, secure and looked after. This environment is underpinned by a desire to provide for, and invest in, the people that make up the community; a clear focus on wellbeing is at the heart of this investment. We are hugely proud to hold a number of accolades that highlight our commitment and focus on wellbeing, which includes the Gold Carnegie Medal for Mental Health and our status as a Stonewall Champion school.

“One aspect that shines through is the inclusive nature of the school, as seen in the behaviour and attitudes of staff and pupils.”
“Pupils are safe from intolerance and unkindness.”
“Everyone is welcome, regardless of sexuality, nationality, disability or any other personal characteristic.” Ofsted Inspection Report (November 2019)
