Please do not arrive to the session if you do not have a pre-booked session.

To maintain social distancing we will be asking all bookings for the gym to use the main car park and all group exercise to use only the school playground.

In line with government guidelines and to guarantee no crowding, we are introducing a BOOKINGS ONLY system for all activities and sessions. Therefore, when you would like to come to train we simply ask you book a slot via the Members area

Booking is nice a simple. Just log in, select your desired activity and find the session best suited to you.

Please note you must register your account to access these services.

Your ‘membership number’ can be found on the barcode of your membership card or membership form starting IMP or ISC.

Booking Terms and Conditions

The timetable will return on a phased approach to ensure we are meeting all guidelines. The timetable has been selected to ensure we provide a selection of classes to suit all members. The online timetable will be updated as new classes return. Unfortunately we cannot give timescales on when we return to a full timetable but rest assured we will do so in the safest and fastest manner.

Please note, if a class is not showing online it is yet to return. We thank you for your patience and understanding with this.

Classes will take place in the Conference Room, Small Gym and outside. Some of our classes will be live streamed to allow for you to take part from the comfort of your own home. These will be displayed on our ‘Fitness’ tab and social media platforms.

• Daily deep cleans using our electrostatic sprayer.
• All sessions will end after 80 minutes allowing for hourly high touch area cleans across the centre.
• 30 minutes between group exercise to clean and set up safely.
• There will be hand sanitiser, EN1276 bacterial disinfectant and anti-bacterial wipes available so that you can help keep the centre safe for all.
• Our air systems abide by the HSE guidelines for COVID-19. We will also be following both our manufacturer and UK Active cleaning and function guidelines to improve the air quality.
• Where air-conditioning systems are not used ventilation measures including opening windows and capacity limits mean you can feel safe at all times around the centre.
• Changing rooms and showers will be available.

For swimming sessions, please arrive ‘Beach Ready’. Changing facilities and showers will be available post swim. Lockers (£1 returnable) and toilets will be available.

Sessions will be online booking only and capacities will be limited.
